Basically anywhere you can buy a bra you can buy inserts--its the type of insert you should be concerned with.
Silicone are best because they feel/look the most realistic amongst inserts and they stay in place well.

why don't you buy an air bra they have padded inserts in the bra which won't fall out. You could just remove the insert for the bigger side. try primark, new look, la senza most of the online sites will say have removable inserts, padding etc think this is what you mean by pocketed bras.

Triumph has this new paddings. they are brightly colored, very nice. worth a try. but other than that u can always take out the paddings of a bikini top, fold it into half and insert it into ur bra. it works pretty well for me, and soft as well. ;)

Victoria Secret, Belks, Dillards, any lingerie store, I've seen them at CVS before, I even saw them at a wig shop onetime.
