What I mean is does the practice squads,office employees, IR players all get a ring.

If they are under any kind of contract with the team they are eligible for a ring. All coaches and trainers are eligible and other sideline staff.

Yes!!Sometimes they even have the number engraved on the ring..(year of the super bowl)..most are in small diamonds...lucky guys eh!
