The last two months I have been getting shorter periods my last one in Oct. was only 3 days and came three days early and my period this month was 2 days and came a day early both of them weren't very heavy and no cramps. I had cramping a couple of weeks ago but very slight ones. Normally my periods are a full 5 days and heavy along with cramps, but I am just curious as to why now it would change. I have considered pregnancy but the only symptom I have towards that would be slightly sore boobs and frequent headaches other than that nothing. Please let me know what you think, my periods are very regular and to the T...

Well I would take a test to rule out pregnancy first of all. Our cycles do sometimes change but usually not that drastically. I would call your Ob gyn and try to get into see her as soon as possible. If you are pregnant you would want to be starting your prenatal visits now anyway. But if it's something else you may to take care of that right away too. Good Luck !

I am like you, very very regular. But just this last few months mine have been changing too...

well i know for a fact that anyone can have irregular periods at any point in life. take me for example i have 4 kids and barley even see normal periods.

Change in hormones or stress or jsut becuase it wants to or you may have ate something bad
