whatever is comfortable to you. If you can still fit into your normal clothes good for you!! I dont think you have to worry about smooshin the baby.. the water sac protects him/her. I'd say wear it until its no longer comfortable.

The baby is well cushioned inside his/her custom "waterbed"; but you will be very uncomfortable and tight clothes may give you more stomach upset than otherwise.

You can get a tummy sleeve to wear over your unbuttoned pants; or check out Goodwill for maternity wear, or just ask around amongst your friends who already have children. You can get by with just a few pair of pants and mix/match tops.

Congratulations!

Wont bother the baby but it is going to get really uncomfortable for you pretty soon. You get some loser clothes when you feel like you need more comfort, some people wear them early and some people put it off as long as possible for vanity reasons I guess. Try Target, they have cute and very good priced maternity clothes. Also for now you could probably just buy a bigger size of your reg. clothes

I started wearing maternity clothes when mine felt too tight, sounds like you're there already. The baby is well protected so don't worry about hurting it with tight clothing. Just wear looser things for you to be more comfortable.

Wearing the same size pants can be determined if you look in a mirror (sideways) to see whether your tummy has grown or not. If your tummy has increased in size consider wearing clothes that are loose in the tummy area but are stylish. There are lots of clothes now made for maternity but are stylish as well. Check out (target, or your local mall look for the maternity sectioin)

Congratulations
Good luck in your search

You should wear loose clothing, so that you will more comfortable. It would not affect the baby as far as you wear extremely tight-fitting clothes !

It does not affect the baby. It will eventually make you uncomfortable. I wore my jeans for several months with the tabs folded down until I absolutely had to by maternity clothes. With my first baby, I was able to do this until I was 6 months pregnant before I really started showing.

Honestly, my aunt lost one of her twins and they attributed it to her trying to wear too tight of clothing. Could be just a hunch or assumption but one can never be too careful when pregnant! I would say that you should start to wear loose clothing when your old clothing becomes uncomfortable.

You should start to wear looser clothes or maternity clothes when you start to feel uncomfortable in your "regular" clothes. Enjoy your pregnancy!
