there are two types of RAMs .
one is static ram and the other is dynamic ram.
sdram means it is a dynamic ram.
64 mb tells us that it has a total maximum capacity of 64 megabytes (mb). and 133mHz is the speed of the ram.
the maximum speed at which the ram can operate.

It is Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory. The 133 Mhz, refers to the bus speed at which it operates (which is kinda slow by today's standards), and 64 Mb refers to the amount of memory it can hold, in bytes.

A Mhz is a million hertz (or cycles, this is a frequency, like in radio)

A Mb is a mega byte or roughly a million bytes of memory ( a byte is about a character).

SDRAM = synchronous dynamic random access memory

133MHZ = the speed

64 MB = capacity of the SDRAM

133MHZ is the speed of the processor.64 MB is the size of the RAM in the computer system.

the 133 mh is your CPU's clock speed and your 64mb of SDRAM is your systems memory. The SDRAM stands for:

Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memmory
This is because it sycronizes with the system buss.

It's pretty much a slow computer--that sounds like what you're really trying to figure out. I had a computer with those stats in 1996.
