Registered Nurse here; This is a very individualized medication. There are many on the market, however you and your Physician can best decide which medication, based on your health care history is best for you. For some should not be taken, if Hypertension (high Blood Pressure) is a problem, or cardiac problems present, also disease of the prostate or enlargement. Therefore with all the possible interactions, the safest and sound process would be for you to do is make appointment with a physician, and make sure your placed on a medication that will hopefully not harm you. Thanks for the opportunity to address such a sensitive question.

There is no single cause so there is no single best treatment. Those which are advertised and used most often belong to the same chemical class (Cialis Levitra and Viagra) and for all practical purposes no one is better than another. Other medications are available and the possibility of declining testosterone levels should be considered as the incidence of this (for unknown reasons) is increasing.

Macca is another good supplement that comes from Peru. Remember Macca is a food so small amouts will not be effective. Higher doses show much better results it is the opposite of taking a perscription where your advised to stay within a certain amount of doses

Serzone, Celexa would be two more to try. Then try Wellbutrin and Effexor. It is pretty much a trial and error to see if you develop problems on the medications. But, usually if you get it on one SSRI, you get it on all of them. Some(like celexa)are better-but not always.
Best is testosterone.
