I have 4 Internet explorers, 10 mircosoft works etc it's eating up my virtual memory. How do I undo this or how do I crash my computer?

system restore doesnt cause the problems you have.all it does is give you a restore point to go to incase of a crash. now as to having 4=ie etc. you need to go tostart-control panel-add & remove then delete the doubles or triples you have of each. when done you can go here to get a free program to clean memory and add virtual memory.it is a great tool for this and free http://www.iobit.com

Go to Yahoo mail and delete all the mail, right click on the mail and click on delete and do the same with the other files.

do a complete format and reload after backing up your data
