If I am correct you are talking about Saw2. I believe she is barefoot throughout the movie, except during flashbacks. The whole time she is in the house she is not wearing shoes. It would seriously suck to be thrown into that needle pit w/o shoes. They should have had one go all the way through just for effect. Ok im getting carried away so ill stop here.
