Are there any just exceptional books for a total begginer to learn a lot about astrology? A website could be fine also, if it was very professionally done.

Check out the book "The Great Controversy" by E. G. White. It provides the context in which astrology has it roots. This book has over 900 pages so will require a lot of reading, but you can check out the table of contents and index and pick out topics you want to read first to get a flavor of how important the book is. If you head to a Chapters or Indigo Book store theres a whole section for Astrology, a good book that one of my friends has that tells you EVERYTHING about birthdays, planet alignment, zodiacs, etc. is called the Big Book of Birthdays (?? unsure of the exact name actually, sorry) you can't miss it though if its there, its a HUGE hardcover book!

Any book by Linda Goodman. "Sun Signs", "Love Signs", "Star Signs" & "Relationship Signs".
They are exceptional and aclaimed.

Astrology is a very broad topic. You can go www.ProAstro.com which has both Western sun sign info and Chinese Astrology.

I think it is called "the birthday book". It breaks down everyday of the year. You can look up your birthday and read what is supposed to be about you. It's pretty entertaining.
