Yes, you can have sex as often as you like when you're pregnant. A lot of people say that they enjoy sex more while pregnant--there isn't the stress of trying not to get pregnant or trying to get pregnant and the hormones racing through your system can enhance the experience.

Don't worry about the semen, it won't do anything to you at all (assuming that there are no diseases to worry about). If you're near the end of your pregnancy, though, the semen can help bring about labor if you've trying to hurry it along.

It depends on each woman's body. As the pregnancy progresses, make sure there is no weight put on your tummy. Get into positions that are comfortable for you and baby (on your sides mostly OR on your fours, knees spread to accomodate tummy inbetween your knees to rest on bed lightly, and sit on your heals).
