The best way is to pay for advertisment on one of the advertisment pages, so they will put some links leads to your page , and also you can use thier email advertisment services, and you will get a good traffic.
if you dont want pay lots, there are some other free ways like submitting your website on search engins, travel web directories, and also spread it using yahoo groups and other groups.

The quickest way to get traffic is pay per click adds. There are many programs out there but google,yahoo,msn are probably the search engines that you want to start with. Other than that you need to have a quality incoming links, good content and focus on niche key words. After a while you will get indexed. You can also check out wordpress or othersites like that and start a blog.
