Bobby Robson has only ever taken Ipswich Town to the FA Cup Final. He took over at Newcastle in Sept 1999 after they had reached that year's cup final a few months before.
In short, I don't think it's happened.... several managers have taken two different clubs to the FA Cup Final including:
Herbert Chapman with Huddersfield in 1922 and Arsenal in 1927, 1930 and 1932;
Dave Sexton with Chelsea in 1970 and Man Utd in 1979;
Terry Venables in with QPR in 1982 and Spurs in 1991;
Rudd Gullit with Chelsea in 1997 and Newcastle in 1999;
Kenny Dalglish in 1986, 1988 and 1989 with Liverpool, and Newcastle in 1998
But I do not think anyone has managed three different clubs to the FA Cup Final

I really don't think any manager has made such a feat unless it was right back in the early days of the competition, many have done it twice terry venables 1982,1991 kenny dalglish 1986,1998 ruud gullit 1997 1999 to name a few

Don't know the answer for sure but it is NOT Sir Robert Robson.
Bobby only took Ipswich to one, in 1978.
Good question though.
