In Texas, at what age do the court suggest overnight visitation begin?

As far as I know courts don't suggest it. Once both parties are comfortable overnight visitation could begin as early as the child leaves the hospital. Depends on the parents and what they agree upon. Now if one person is refusing the other overnight visitation (woman tells guy no kid can't stay) then she will not a good reason why, and age it not one. Special needs kid or she is breastfeeding etc. maybe a good reason though.
