You can try using screen capture programs like HyperCam 2. Keep in mind that the quality will only be as good as what you see on the screen.

but anyway...

I suppose you could look at the page source, have a look at the tag that has been used to place the movie in the page and the work your way backwards from the SRC attribute and decipher the video url.

You can use either browser or other download manager to download the video and save to your machine.
