So are you of Catholic or otherwise Christian faith that tells you that the "unpardonable sin" is to reject Jesus Christ. As your body is his temple, by intentionally killing yourself (being same, rational...ect.) by that standard you would go to hell because you had rejected Jesus.

So did I tell you what you wanted to hear? And just WHY are you even contemplating those kinds of options?

I am a spiritual guide and the head of my order. I do not charge people for my help. It is my sacred mission in this world to come to those in need who are crying out for help. That's exactly what you are doing in one way or another. I'd like to help.

Noone really knows the answer. I am a believer that we never hear the last words of the individual, but God does and He is the Ultimate Forgiver of all. It's an opinion of mankind that Hell is where the person may end. Judas landed in Hell because he was unrepented. We don't know the heart of man.

Over 90% of suicides are a result of undiagnosed or untreated depression- 99% if you include mismanaged, unmonitored and adverse reactions to medication. Physical health problems should also be ruled out."Even cowgirls get the blues sometimes" and of course first line of defense is sunshine, exercise, meditation, getting rid of or dealing with stresses, talking to friends, family,pastor/priest/ spiritual guide, etc. Sometimes this is not enough or one is so depressed they lack the energy or are so overwhelmed are unable to initiate lifestyle changes. This is the time to ask for help which many feel they are unable to do. We now know that Major depression and Bi-Polar Disorder are due to a chemical in balance in the brain which can be treated with medication, sometimes short term. The activities cited above can also help produce the needed chemicals naturally.Treat depression with a competent licensed therapist and an experienced MD, preferably a psychiatrist .
All that said, I think my best friend is in heaven, probably reading a book, waiting for me and the many who loved her. She was a very strong woman- independent and private. In spite of my attempts to encourage her to share her worries & woes with me as I did with her, she chose to handle them herself- leaving behind a husband (who was diagnosed and died of cancer soon after) as well as 2 children- one who graduated third in her class from a prestigous college a year later, married a wonderful man and recently became a mother herself. Her son is in a group home after attempts to live with his sister failed. I miss my friend every day and regret not having been more assertive and direct-trusted my gut, even though I am a psychologist myself.
So, depression is a serious illness and I believe that she (and possibly your loved one) died of this disease. If you are considering suicide, please ask for help.

a wonderful life will be terminated without a very good reason. in such case, one who took his/her life is a looser. i say that whatever it is that we experience in life, it is but to make us more strong to battle the everyday pressures that life brings. letGOD take HIS toll on you. HE is the one deciding for all of us. meanwhile, savor the smell of the freshly grown grass, see the birds flying in the blue skies, the dolphins in the deep blue see. you have to percieve life so beautiful and free.

Depression can leave people where they simply can't see any other solution. That's why people need to treat their depression like you would treat any other serious ailment.
