It seems like no matter how we work on her she never orgasms, sometimes when stimulating her clit, she will just start to tickle a lot and wants me to stop. Any suggestions??

Maybe you're trying too hard- remember, in sex, a little goes a long way. Try living out a fantasy or do it someplace crazy. Or, (and you're not going to like this one) try not doing it for a while so that she wants it really bad.
You have to FOCUS on what you're doing to climax, so make sure she's not distracted.
Things YOU can do: keep going! Don't constantly switch positions. Don't keep stopping. Don't hold back because you're "waiting for her." These things are distracting! Stimulate her nipples while you're doing it. Talk dirty.

Well at least you do care enough about your wife and her feelings instead of just for your self. That is one thing that I do admire about a man. That tell me you are a real man.
Now for your problem.....I'm sorry to inform you, but some women just don't have them at all or they are very rare and there is not much you really can do about it. Just because she has not had one does not mean that she did not enjoy your love making with her. Just try different things that you BOTH are comfortable with. If she likes what you are doing, you will know by the way she responds to you, the same goes for if she don't like it, you can tell either way. Just don't ever feel like you are letting her down cause you are not. She will be satisfied even if she don't have one.

Maybe she just don't want to let it go because she's ashamed of something.
Try to TELL her that you like everything she does, the sounds (if any) or whatever she does and that you will like her to let herself go and enjoy. This is very important for us women.
Try, when having sex, to stimulate with your hands her clit. Maybe this will work.
Many of us need lot of time to get comfortable.
Also don't aboard her. Do it in a clean, comfortable place or take her away from the usual enviroment to a very nice, quiet and peaceful place.

Some women just have a much harder time reaching orgasm. What she thinks is "tickling" is probably just her getting close and she gets freaked out. Has she reached orgasm ever, possibly on her own?

Try taking some time....some women take a long time...if she feels like you are trying and trying and waiting and waiting.. she may be feeling some pressure and then she will never do it.
Try taking an evening and do for her...without anything for you...take the whole evening and just give her a back rub or just hold her and touch her and leave it at that.....time is the issue...just time....ask her what she likes....read some books together...do not get frustrated....let her know that you love her and that you will do whatever she needs for as long as she needs

Try scented candles, and massages and nice relaxing music I helps me get my orgasms, as much as multiple when I am truly relaxed try it....It might work.

You need to get her some porn, get her hot before you even start it may embarrass her at first but she will get in to it, and ask her what she wants, what she likes you want her to enjoy it as much as you do, because if she don't enjoy it as much as you, you are not going to get it as much as you might want.
