all they have to do is wear sean johns and 20 pounds worth of gold, make up a list of non sensical rymes put them together and say them really fast while making ridiculous hand gestures like they have parkinsons disease. Am i the only one who thinks like this, i mean i am not racist but i think that people are becoming rappers to easily these days, just look at Kevin Federline!!??

I HATE RAP! I think it is so stupid! I don't know why people love it. Rappers don't have a good voice, they have no talent, and their songs are about cars, money, women, drugs, and grills, I think rap is useless!

That's the image that society has of a rapper- baggy clothes, lots of jewelery and a few rhymes. These days all you have to do to rap is come up with a new dance or word and throw it in throughout the song. It doesn't even have to make any sense just has to catch someone's attention. More than have the song out here have lost touch with the meaning of rap/culture and history they are just songs with a few words put together that rhyme, they don't even have to make sense just rhyme and society loves, it so some person with no actual talent feels if they can do it so can I.

I TOTALLY AGREE! When I see rappers such as P-Diddy, K-fed etc. it's hardbreaking, and I know the late Tupac is literally making turmoil in his grave. It is very pathetic, and so is K-Fed. Diddy isn't all that bad, he is an entertainer and does what he does, so no offense to him, I just don't think he can rap but he don't claim he can like useless people such as K-Fed who waist people time. And the fact they associate all that gold and baggy jeans with rapping is ridiculous because I love Q-Tip, Mos Def, Black eye peas, and common and they don't wear such things, and they are great poetic rappers, it's a shame though, but I totally agree with you.

Florida is not greater valuable than long island.NYC hip-hop is the cradle for the variety.NYC hip-hop has a classic stressful to it than no different state has.It has a feeling of originality, and mind's eye.NYC's optimum are people that are mentally sick and psychological while it comes all the way down to Hip-Hop.For ex: Nas(that's arguably between the main suitable ever to grace the mic),Rakim,KRS,GZA,The RZA,Papoose,Raekwon, and limitless others.unlike Lil Wayne,T-discomfort,Rick Ross,DJ Khaled,Plies,Pitbull, and fantastically Soulja Boy,NYC emcees' music has a deeper meaning than only funds, autos, and nikes.that's what instruments them aside, they're in order that imaginitive and sick on the mic.And it is coming from somebody that used to stay in NYC,and now lives in Miami.

Agreed. Yea it is the dream. But actually coming from a "kids" point of view of 14.. I really don't want to be famous. Sure it would be nice to have money...but how about people stalking you? Not letting you go about your life? Trying to age beautifully when thats not how it was meant to be? Having more plastic in your body then in your kids playroom. Having everybody know your business....its just not my way to be. I like to be left alone. I have to agree with EVERYONE thinks they are either rappers or song gods! I have to admitt, I write poems and music lyrics to get everything out...I've been called emo because the way I go about writing..some people refer to themselves as emo cause they have the look, well I have the mind set I guess. If I would have to be anything in my opinion in would be punk. I'm more that I think...mainly cause I don't cut myself cause I think its cool, or I don't wear black cause I think I'm "dark and no one understands me" I don't dye my hair to match trends, my hair is to beautiful to ruin it. I don't wear to much eyeliner and make-up cause I'm "Dying inside"
See. I'm Emo in the sense of the mind..which is how its meant to be. Not a fashion statment. I hope you can relate this to rappers. which really you can't..cause your right rap makes no sense..and in this case everyones a poser in tha rap industry.
