you would start from a foundation first. Its the most important factor. I would also start looking for already made frame rather than trying to build everything from scratch.

If you can go to KB toys and buy the lego or kenecks moddle. I'm not sure witch one it is but I have definately seen it at KB toys.

simply! a piece of wood, from a high surface, then sit on a skateboard, and wooh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
