Do you have dry skin all over or in certain areas? First of all, your diet (what you take into your body) can be part of the problem, for example, if you are not drinking plenty of water or liquids, that can cause you to have dry skin. Our bodies are 90% liquid. If that liquid isn't replenished then we have dry skin. Medication can also cause dry skin as well as some skin conditions. Shaklee has a good skin care line called Enfuselle. If you would like more information contact me. cetwf@yahoo.com

I used to have really dry spots on my legs, but I went to a dermatologist, and he gave me a cream called Desonide lotion 0.05%, which worked really well and helped the dry skin to go away. If your skin is just dry in general, use dove quench extra dry, it works well to keep your skin well-hydrated, especially if you use it after your shower. I find also that shaving cream with extra moisturizers helps really well.

coconut oil is the best and cocoa butter is good for the face. another good moisturizer is Vaseline's Intensive Care Moisturizing Body Lotion...make sure when you put your lotion on after you shower that your skin is not completely dried off, this helps to keep more moisture in.
