This really depends on what type of leather you have. If it is on an aniline it will be a permanent stain and will only dissipate over time with regular cleaning and protection.

If it is on a pigment leather you would need to try Maxi Cleaner which may remove the problem. If ti does not then you will need to call a technician.

I wouldn't think that you could. Leather is poarous. It absorbed the vanilla extract into it. You could get a leather die and put on the leather. that may help hide the stain.
