What does it mean when a baby that is 11 weeks porjectile vommits. She does not do it all the time but last night at her middle of the night feeding she vommited.

Make sure that it is projectile vomiting and not just regular vomiting. Is it shooting a few feet out of her mouth or just kind of squirting out?

Is she on formula? My son had to be switched to a soy formula and he never pojectile vomited after that, unless he was sick. He had acid reflux and the milk based formula, even with medication for it made him sick.

Please call the doctor. That is not normal. There are lots of reasons that could have happened.
It may be Pyloric Stenosis and it might be nothing but it should be checked by a medical doctor.
