i have been eating healthy and exercising 3x a week for 30 minutes. But losing weight isn't easy so please advice

Hi, I would avoid anything white (sugar, flour, rice etc.)
Be patient, remember muscles weighs more than fat.
Don't watch the scale, see you your clothes fit.
Stay hydrated & drink lots of water.

Well you need to reduce your caliore intake. If you weigh 150 you need 1950 caliores a day to stay at that weight. So you should reduce that amount . Also running is the best exercise for weight lose.

we love chips but three cups of popcorn is just as satisfying
