Is there a way to have a free recording studio? If so how?

try it first with a computer mike and some software like cake walk. you will have to record your songs in layers. like guitar only then bass only...blah blah then just put them all together, you can adjust the volume and effects on the computer too. or buy an old 8 track. that will do the trick. search on ebay. at least you guys can play together.
