For some babies Mylicon helps with the gas so you might try that. The best thing I've found is to make sure they are WARM - hold them with their stomach up against your body & bounce them up & down with one arm while patting their bottom with the other hand. Sometimes saying shhh shhhh shhhh helps calm them down too. Having a colicky baby is difficult - if you have someone you can "take turns" with that helps tremendously. If you can't settle the baby down set a time limit - 10 or 15 minutes - and just switch with that person every 10 or 15 minutes. When it's not your "turn" shut the door and try to get far enough away that you cannot hear the baby. Good luck!!!

My son had extremely bad gas until I switched him to a soy formula. He was a preemie and the nurses were mixing milk based formula with the breastmilk I was pumping and putting in his feeding tube. When he got really gassy they would put warm towels over his onsie and lightly massage his tummy. We also gave him infant gas drops.

use a sling or other baby carrier that hold the baby close to you. The baby will hear your heartbeat, feel your warmth, and be close to you...all of which will help to calm. Plus, a sling leaves your hand free so you are able to do other things while tending to your baby.

My son replaced into by no potential colic, so i won't be able to assert that I percentage your soreness, yet my son replaced into nonetheless quite gassy and can want to have his fussy cases. I used Mylicon gas drops formerly each and every feeding to avert gas develop and it extremely worked wonders. actually have you ever tried utilizing the colic carry? i have study up plenty on colic formerly my son replaced into born because both me and my fiance were colic as little ones and that i purely assumed my son might want to be too. yet in case you carry her contained in the colic carry (lay on your arm with abdomen dealing with down and legs dangling over aspects of your arm) or wearing her up and down the steps also calms them down. yet purely to grant you desire, now that she is 3 months, she could virtually be done with the colic section and purely may be gassy. grant extra burps for the duration of feedings and attempt the Mylicon drops in case you have not already. If it doesn't look to get any more effective attempt bringing her to a chiropracter. I have study that they artwork wonders on gassy and colic little ones! solid success, with somewhat of luck your toddler receives by this section quickly!
