Take an ice cube and freeze it and the wax will come right up off of your carpet.

Hi
There is two ways to remove wax from carpet.

1/ Use the edge of a butter knife to carefully scrape off or lift up as much solid wax as you can .Use a dry clean white terrycloth place it over the wax spot then heat it with a iron on low setting because most homes have polyester carpet, and if the iron gets too hot, it'll melt the carpet. Keep checking the spot every ten seconds or so, moving the terrycloth so that a clean spot is on the carpet.

2/ Which is the better way. Use the edge of a butter knife to carefully scrape off or lift up as much solid wax as you can Heat up a full kettle of water and pour it slowly on the carpet at the same time with a wet vac vacuum up the water. Keep on doing this until the wax is removed.

Cut off a piece of a paper grocery bag ( as big as you need it to cover the entire spot of wax). Take your clothes iron, put it on medium-high heat. Then take your paper bag piece you cut and place it on the wax on your carpet. Place the iron on the paper and move continously like you are trying to iron the paper. Keep doing this until all the wax transfers onto your paper. You may have to wait until the wax dries before doing this. Not sure how well it will work on hot, wet wax. You may also have to go through a few cut pieces of that grocery bag. This can be pretty time consuming, i must warn you! :)
Good Luck!

Take some paper towels or newspaper and lay them over the candle wax. Then take a hot iron and iron over the wax area. The wax should be absorbed by the paper towels or newspaper.

Put a towel over the wax and place a hot iron over the towel for a few seconds. The heat will transfer the wax to the towel. You may need to repeat the steps a couple of times but it really works.

Soak a washcloth and microwave it until it is as hot as you can stand it. If you have gloves this will help, then scrub at it. This may take a few attempts to fully get the wax out but by softening it first it comes out easier.
