I havnt done this in a long time, do super markets still do this?

Most still do provided you haven't bounced a check with them

I know that most supermarkets do that.....and wal-mart also does this. Everywhere I have ever done this though, the limit is only 20 to 25 dollars.

You should go to the customer service and ask their policy. Since checks are electrinically processed, I would think they can do it, but, not sure.
