I think you really need to be a bit more specific about how serious a complaint you have. Your best bet would be to start with whatever form of customer service the gallery has, failing that there is always trading standards and of course the police. I'm sure you could take it higher than that if need be however it depends on the nature of your complaint..

Start with the local 'Trading standards office' use the link below to find it. Alternatively contact the local council's consumer services office. Another way to go would be the Citizens Advice Bureau. Good luck.

Unless they stole one of your paintings or injured you in some way, I suggest you just leave it alone. Don't buy anything from them. Get a life.
OK I realize now that was a bit flippant. Sorry. If you have a real complaint, then probably you need to contact your consulate or the police.

find the art gallery on the internet. there should be a contact us tab somewhere on the site, and put in an official complaint through that
