11/16/07 - First day of your cycle
11/27/07 - A little bit fertile
11/28/07 - Fertile
11/29/07 - VERY fertile
11/30/07 - Time to ovulate
Here is a ovulation calandar, I put it in for a regular cycle of 28 days. If your cycle is different just change the number of days in between. Here's the website and good luck!

You ovulate somewhere around the 14th day of your cycle. So if the first day of your last period was November 16th, you "should" be ovulating on or around the 30th of November. This is an estimate based on a 28 day cycle.

I can usually tell I'm ovulating because I get light cramping around my ovaries, my vaginal discharge becomes clear and stringy - almost like egg and my sex drive is higher --- (I take antidepressents so I almost NEVER have a sex drive except for when I'm ovulating ;)

Listen to your body. Usually our 'animal instincts' do a good job at letting us know when we're in heat, so to speak!

PS - this site has a nifty ovulation calculator. http://www.babycenter.com/calculators/ovulation/

Whole Foods market (not sure if you have one near you) has a great muti-vitamin called "Prenatal One" made my Rainbow Light. Usually vitamins upset my belly but I tolerate these well.

Good luck!

Well from my count, the 30th of November is when you should start ovulating. Most women ovulate 14, 15, 16, days after the first day of their period. Good Luck!

Dont be too consious of becoming pregnant. The main thing thingis that you should always relax when you are having your intercourse. four days after periods and four to five days before periods should be ignored. That is from the fifth day to the tenth day is called the day of glory.
