what site do i need to go to file a complaint against a USPS post office employee? i tried all the site and -?

nowhere does it lists complaints or unprofessional treatment. i was refuse service and was told to get the hell out and get your money order somewhere else. lol. can u give me a direction to a web site for file complaint? thanks......

call your congressman and he will make a complaint in Washington
