You had an affair, he passes away. Your whole family knows, but its kept "quiet". His mother hates you, but his father really likes you alot. I am so curious if he said anything to his father about our relationship. Would you talk to the father? I feel so unrestful, till I find out, or would you just drop it?

he probably did tell his dad and now since he is gone his dad wants you---i say go talk to him what can it hurt---who knows --you might have a good time--at the very least you will have the answers you are looking for and a close friend

Don't know how long it's been, but if it's been recent, I'd give his family some grieving time. After the initial shock of his death has decreased, I think they would be grateful to know there were people in his life that loved him.If his father likes you, he'd want you to know if his son had feelings for you.

Was he married? If he was married, you need to let it go out of respect for his family. But you didn't respect his family before, if you did you wouldn't have slept with a married man, so that is a very difficult call. Drop it and move on.
