All the aircraft with weaponry go as follows:
Sea Sparrow: A helicopter with a minigun, floats on water, found near the Sherman Dam
Hunter: Complete Flying School with all golds to get this at the Abandoned airstrip. It is a military helicopter with rockets and a machine gun
Rustler: Found at the Abandoned airstrip once flying school is completed at all bronzes. It looks like a Spitfire and has two machine guns.
The Hydra: A VTOL jet fighter with homing missiles. It is found at the airstrip once all Toreno missions are complete, and also found in Area 69. If you can't wait that long, tap in Triangle, Triangle, Square, Circle, X, L1, L1, Down, Up

Later in the game there is a mission where you have to steal one from the Navy base and if you complete the mission it will be at the airfield from that point on.
