DHL to be exact, they gave my package to someone else!
i am sure they did because when i went to their on-line site and typed in my code for the package it said on the status "delivered" and someone even had the nerve to sign for it!!! What should i do?

DHL sucks!!!!! Sorry @ss commacozie drivers. I hate them, and sadly they must have some great sales reps and advertising, because they've managed to land some very big accounts. They've dropped packages off at our plant in some out of the place spot and put the signature of someone who no longer even worked here. I've had them cut me off in traffic. Oh! I actually saw one of our drivers toking on a big ole dooby at a traffic light not too long ago. Now I don't have a problem with smoking pot, but could you wait to do it after work? Not while driving and delivering my packages? But the only thing you can do is call them and file a claim.

DHL is up against the wall...they are in financial trouble and will probably go belly-up within a couple of years. Always better to go with FedEX or UPS. You might pay a bit more, but it is worth it in the long run.

I would say find out when and where it was delivered, and find out who was working there at the time. That should give some ideas as to who may have signed for you.

Call DHL and tell them you need to file a claim....They will have to pay for the mistake.

you can always ask who signed for it ..
