No but there was a storyline that they did get married but he is married in real life to a women called Maurisa and he has two step daughters.

No they`re not, in real life and on screen she is with Edge. (don`t know his real name). A couple of years ago on screen though she did marry Kane, but then got with Edge on screen and they had a long feud with Kane

yeah they were married for a storyline but in real life Kane is married to some1 named Maurisa and has been for almost 12yrs and has 2 kids with her.
