Why don't you just buy fishnet tights in the smallest size they have so they're fitted to your arms? They'll be cheaper and easier to find than armbands. Don't drop $10 at hot topic when you can usually buy them on sale at Target in different colors.

Try Hot Topic. I bought a fishnet shirt there and I saw fishnet thigh highs. They should have some for your arms.

Your best bet is to go to the mall and go into stores like Spencer's and Hot topics but if you don't go there go to a beauty supply store and they should have them also
