I’m in high school right now, I’m doing volleyball and cheerleading.
I suck at volleyball, but I think I can still stay on the JV team or whatever.
Are the people on college volleyball teams the top players from high school?
How about college cheerleading? Is it easier to get in?

Generally, yes. Last time I checked, the percentage of athletes that make it in college sports was around 17%.

Good Luck! If you are not visible on your team, I mean good. you will not be looked at by a college coach. The collegiate level in sports is the same be it mens, womens, football, softball, swimming, whatever. Are you good enough to win at that level?
If you want to really get the chance you must excel, train, work and keep your grades up.

If you are looking for the "easy" way; there is none. Let me ask you this. WHAT IS YOUR PASSION? Is it volleyball or cheerleading? Or something else? Find your passion and do it.

It can be. And the players on college teams aren't necessarliy the best, but you do have to jump through hoops to become eligible.

You'll need to do an NCAA Initial-eligibilty clearinghouse form, located @ ncaa.org.
You'll also need to see if you're eligible with the school's own academic standards, and get passed through the athletic trainers, etc.
