As a classification "White" is pretty general. If you've encountered horny women who just happen to be White, then maybe they're more sexually aggressive because they are in touch with their desires, and are in control of their decisions. Not because they're White, but because they've learned that being sexually aggressive gets results. Anyway, sex is fun. The women who have learned that will never feel guilt, they'll just go for it, no matter what their ethnicity.
