I want to believe that people would prefer personality as the most important; but what really people prefer? that is another question. Most of the people I know, even if they are honest and good, really and deeply care about our look. If you ask someone what do you prefer as a car, they will answer a car that shows their status and not a car which is mechanically reliable. Most of the people are weak and want to show their possessions as the nicer things they have.
I am glad there are few decent people who still will prefer the personality, these are the great people who see deeply the beauty into the soul of a person. You may find maybe 5 or 6 persons in your neighborhood who thinks this way.

I can only speak for myself and the experiances I have had. Good looking men that I have dated are a holes and tend to cheat. My current man is not the typical "hot guy" I was attracted to his personality. And we get along ALOT better than I did with the guys that just looked good.

Definatley personality. I don't care how good looking a person is, if they are a jerk then there is no reason to keep them around. And besides, looks can go with age, a car accident...any accident.

The younger people care more for looks. As they get older(and wiser) they realise that looks does not equal personality. Then they look for someone with personality
