I had a sample that they handed out at the supermarket last week. It tasted surprisingly good, with a good contrast among the taste of the different birds in there.

When I saw it featured in another market on the weekend I went in to buy a pound of it to try it more but they only sold it as a whole roast. At $6.99 per pound for a ten pound roast my curiosity didn't go that far. Turkey makes me happy enough and it is under a dollar per pound.

WOW!!

my family had one last year... it was fantastic.

turkey stuffed with chicken, stuffed with duck, then stuffing.
its a nightmare apparently to cook, but the flavours are insane. the duck is very rich though, and just beware of making the turkey too dry.

we call it a "f**ked duck"

you should try it
