3. This one has many answers. I suggest "ricin", since it is one of the world's most potent poisons, and eating virtually any amount will kill you. =P
Now, if you wanted a single answer for all three, that would have to be "Nothing". Given picogram (1/1000th of a microgram, or 1 millionth of a milligram) amounts of ricin, you probably won't die (but do NOT test this out for yourself. ;-)).
