They actually make very small cutters in these shapes for polymer clay and usually you can find them sold at craft stores in the same place they have the polymer clay. Online,you can find them at www.dickblick.com,they have a very good selection of clay tools.

They sell packs of cookie cutters for fall theme (leaf shapes and acorn), xmas, etc. The fall theme pack cost about $9. You can also buy them individually. Go to your local cooking store (that's where I got mine), or try an on-line store (but it will be more expensive, with shipping, etc.)
