No. It's my choice whether I am happy or not. There are actions from others that may temporarily change my choice to be happy, but again, it's my choice only to allow it to affect me.

Your question can be interpreted a couple different ways.
I believe you have to find your own happiness.
On the other interpretation, I expect (adults) to be responsible for their conduct. I expect children to work at being responsible. Those two behaviors would make me happy.
