We go and read together - sometimes poetry, sometimes excerpts from the classics. Occasionally we'll do something really special like visit a museum or a gallery. A couple of times a year we do a special dinner - we each bring a dish - you know, the usual stuff.

during our guys fishing weekend we play cards, occassionally fish (more in the summer than winter), sing terible songs, look at porn, and joke about who's going to order the strippers for the next gettogether.
Basically we just use it as a time to be our basest...eat, drink, play cards, look at pictures of naked women...stuff you can't do when the kids are around.

I know that when I was with an ex-boyfriend, I caught him having a "boys night out" when really it was a boys night out with some girls too. And thanks to him, I cannot trust ANYONE ever again. Men are scum who cannot be trusted.
