not to increase chances of pregnancy but to decrease chance of another miscarraige. I had a miscarraige in Feb and got preggy again in april and Im about 35 weeks along today. I know how scary it is and can be, so just take it easy no stressing at all Im sure everything will be fine once you do become preggy again. But stress will cause miscarraige and anxiety, relax and let whatever is going to happen happen. Once that test comes out + stay really relaxed, I know I was extra careful this pregnancy until about 28 weeks (meaning I rarely did laundry or any heavy lifting.) Good LUCK

Miscarriages can be due to many reasons. You must remember that the child formation in a body is not like something that is happening in a machine. There is nothing being held together by bolts and nuts. There are no screws to be tightened. The whole thing is held together by your own muscles and other results of hormones and enzyme reactions.
Your physical activities contribute to this a lot. If you strain yourself. If you wear tight body wear. If you wear high heeled shoes - all have an affect on it
Your mental condition also matters a lot. If you are depressed. If you get angry often etc affects the enzymes in your body.
The food also contributes - I know unripe pineapples affect pregnancy.
I know of a lady who spent the last 6 months in bed with knees up most of the day to avoid her 3rd miscarriage - and she succeeded.
Good Luck

I'm not sure about what you are asking, but if you already had two miscarriages, make sure if you do get pregnant, you ask for a whole blood work up.. some won't do it until the third, but find one that will.. I asked after having problems twice before, so they did, found out what was wrong with me and the solution was as simple as taking a baby aspirin a day.... now I have a beautiful little boy.. so please make sure you go somewhere that will find out why you miscarried.. don't let them tell you it happens, and usually isn't a concern until the third

What are the reasons for your miscarriages?
If your planning to conceive, you must first know the reason why you are having a miscarriages to prevent future problem.
Me too, had problem. The first is extopic pregnancy and the 2nd is early fetal death. Test shows that I have anti-body that kills baby. Doctor recommends the use aspirin to prevent activation of antibody. Now, I have a baby boy.

Yes, you should be careful even after you missed your period. to increase you chances of having a healthy baby without going through the suffering of another miscarriage.
Take it easy and try to relax as much as possible.

There's not really much you can do, other than what you would normally restrict when trying for a baby - alcohol, smoking, rough physical activity etc.
