yes and the sooner the better, in my case i have waited far too long it is going to be very difficult

Tell people on a need to know basis. If you are an occasional Xdresser ask yourself do they really need to know. If on the other hand you plan to live full time or transition then yea you'll need to tell your family. Start with those closest to you and you trust the most and then move outward from there.
Don't expect everyone to take it well.

the question is, why are you an xdresser? If you want to be the opposite sex so bad, get a sex change. Unless you are a drag queen for a living, because they are fun to watch at shows!
