I had terribly oily skin from the ages of 14-35! I also worked as a cosmetician for 17 years. Ask at your local drug store for a product (sorry can't remember the exact name) that is a small pack of tissue paper thin sheets that you remove individually and gently pat all over your face. They won't affect your foundation in any way (if you wear it) and will suck up the oil like you wouldn't beleive. I used to LOVE this product and sold it to every single person who I recommended them too. (one sample and they'd be hooked) Good luck finding them and sorry I don't know the name. You probably know this but oily skin is good, to a point and you'll most likely end up with less lines as you age.

Unfortunately, there is no way that you can get rid of oily skin permanently...if there was I'd be the first one to use it! But I have created a daily regimen that helps my oily skin stay dramatically less oily throughout the day. After you wash your face ( I use the Clinique skin care regimen), use a toner or Witch Hazel...they help with my oily skin. Then try that Biore' Shine Free moisturizer. I would also recommend using Clinique powder based foundation an/or powder. Then finally use the Bare Minerals veil for the final affect. That has worked wonders for me! The only thing that I do now is simply blot my face with either a piece of tissue or the Clean and Clear blotting tissues....I don't have to re-apply my face powder everytime...I just blot the shine away~ good luck!

You cannot completely get rid of it. Believe me, it is a blessing to have oily skin. When you get old, you will have less wrinkles. That said, go to a facialist and have her or him do a deep facial for you. Also, use Mary Kay Timewise moisturizer and Night solution for oily and combination skin only at nights. Do not apply any moisturizer on your skin during the day.

Well you can't really get rid of oily skin permanantly, but to temporarily get rid of it, i use Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets, which are these really thin blue sheets that when patted on your face, absorbs the oil. What's cool (and somewhat gross) is that, you can see all of the oil on the sheet, because it turns transparent when oil is on it. You can probably find this at a local drug store near you. Hope this helps!

Pro Activ is the best. I used to awful skin, and I used Pro Activ, and it was gone in like 2-3 days! Yeah, it's a little expensive, but I can gurrantee u 100% that it works.

wash your face with mild cleanser then use witch hazel as a toner . i also use an oil control moisturizer. harsh skin products can actually increase oil because your skin is working overtime trying to replace moister. i don't know if you can do this in two days but this regimen did the trick for me! my skin has never looked so good.

unfortunately, you can't really get rid of oily skin, and not in 2 days... unless you can trade skin completely?! :) you can try to improve it though! do not use any astringent of any form, it might feel like it dries your skin out, but in all honesty it makes it more oily, because it signals that your skin is too dried out so your skin works double time to regain its essential oil... causing you to look more oily!.. next, cut out as much oily/fatty foods in your daily diet as possible... use a good cleanser in the morning and before you go to bed, not something too harsh, but specifically made for oily skin, next use a light weight moisturizer (oil free) after washing your face... before you go to bed is most important time to wash your face, because your skin rejuvinates over night, and needs clean pores to be able to renew itself... also, drink water! water can clear up your complexion! cut out soda...

My suggestion is to get the mineral veil by bare minerals. Its a sheer powder that you can put over whatever makeup you already wear....it soaks everything up and makes your skin completely matte and shine-free. I put it on underneath and over my foundation in the morning and then put it on again around lunchtime and it keeps the oil away!

A really good toner and oil free makeup may help, try not to over dry your skin.
