Is it because girls like bad boys? Is it the media who portrays black men as born and raised gangsta's? I was born and raised in the hood and IM not a thug. What make's you a thug and why does our youth try to portray it so much?

Im not saying its cool, but I know you see kids living a fortunate life trying to act hard and society making trends out of fictional and real life gangsta's like Tony Montana from the movie scarface & al capone clothing, shoes, etc. They make it seem like they were hero's or something and kids see that and want to portray it.

I don't think thugs are cool...they are stereotyped in many ways. I think the media and music industry is at fault with that. If you want to be a perpetrator and follow others in there footsteps such as, Snoop Dog, 50 cent, Franchise Boyz....that's fine, but don't be selling drugs or killing anyone, because then you are just a criminal!!!!

yeah!!! it's cos the actuall word 'Thug' come from the Indian (from India) tribe called thuggee, when ever us Indians gets involved in any thing it's always cool :)

Its the Jewish run media. They are actively working behind the scenes to destroy the white race so they promote this thug thing as great so white girls will wind up sleeping with black guys, knowing full well that white guys will not want them back after that.
