There was this movie where they had a space ship of sorts and they shrunk down and went into someone's body and drove around inside of it and eventually hooked up to their eye and they could see eveything that they saw...and then somehow they were in a rabbit lol...I can't remember the name of it but thought it would be fun to find and rent. it's not a cartoon...

ok...someone answered my question but I can't choose a best answer for four hours, apparently. The movie I am thinking of is "Innerspace". I am going to look up Fantastic Voyage to see why so many people are sayinging that's what it is to the point of giving people "thumbs down" when they answer "Innerspace" lol. but...Innerspace it is.

It kina sounds like Inner Space with Dennis Quaid, Martin Short, and Meg Ryan, but I don't remember a rabbit.

The major difference between 'Innerspace' and 'Fantastic Voyage' is this: 'Innerspace' was one guy inside a human body. 'Fantastic Voyage' was a group of people inside a human body. Hope this helps a little ;-)

It was "inner Space" It was a very funny movie with Meg Ryan, Martin Short and Dennis QUaid. Dennis Quaid was in the space ship inside of MArtin SHort's body. He was suppose to have been injected into a rabbit but through a comedy of errors he was injected into Martin Short.

Inner Space and Fantastic Voyage both had this premise. Fantastic Voyage is the better movie, but its older--if you gotta have special effects, try Inner Space.

Inner space is the one with the rabbit.

That sounds like the Fantastic Voyage. It was an early Raquel Welch movie.

Inner Space
This 1987 film is a wonderful combination of sci-fi, comedy, romance and thriller elements. It is briskly paced despite being almost two hours in length, and features superb performances from the leads; Dennis Quaid is excellent as usual, as is Meg Ryan in her best role. Yet the plaudits must go to Martin Short in a truly great performance he has never matched. He just needs the right role. The supporting cast are great as well; the delightful villainy of Vernon Wells who is unrecognisable as usual! Also Robert Picardo camping it up superbly as The Cowboy, one of his most memorable creations, plus the great pairing of Fiona Lewis and Kevin McCarthy, who memorably says to his dog before feeding it: 'Never beg, never beg!' The cinematography and special effects/makeup are all great as well, and Jerry Goldsmith's score is brilliant, perfectly complementing the tone of the film, alternately exciting/sprightly/romantic. Joe Dante binds it all together with magnificent verve, plus Dick Miller makes his trademark appearance! A great, timeless classic.

I do not know the name of the movie, but still, it is not -Leprechaun in the hood-, as this movie has been launched in 2000, not in the 80s, as you say, and the summary is totally otherwise than you say. Sorry I could not help ya. Just wanted to say, to not watch the leprechaun, as it is horror. (perhaps I am wrong).
