IT'S LIKE CAMPING! We like sleeping on the couch...nothing to do with not getting our way.

We sometimes delibrately goad you lot into fights JUST so we can sleep on the couch for the night.

Know this, and get to know the male mind just that little bit better

There is something odd, and indefinable about sleeping on the couch. Often it is the best sleep you can have. But generally in reference to napping.
Not sure what you mean by "men not getting what they want".
Perhaps when things are not going well, and the man is having "mate" trouble, the couch is simply a safe haven.

No, all men go to sleep on the couch if the wife doesn't get what she wants! At least that's how it goes down in my house!

No my hubby would never go to the couch. He would bounce up and down as he turns over repeatably (like a fish flopping around) until I take my pillows and go to the couch myself.

My husband pouts in the garage where he has a TV and it is heated and he can gaze at our two Mustangs. Heck, he is there most of the time anyway. It's the only place he can indulge in his "Black and Milds".
