I don't really know.....maybe? I don't pay attention to that much, except for when I was in college ~ I did gain that fifteen, but it's long gone.....
Actually, now that I remember, I did lose weight in 2004 during the holidays, but that wasn't because of the food and cookies or lack thereof.....

i do not comprehend what it skill to flow on vacation.... besides, the healthiest thanks to loose weight is nutrition routine and excersize. do not eat any junk nutrition, and drink water. ok, so that you're addicted to junk nutrition, once you've like 3 snacks an afternoon, reduce it all the way down to 2, and eat something healthful. i replaced into addicted to soda so I did 2 sodas an afternoon, anbd a million water. the subsequent week I did one soda an afternoon, and a pair of waters (Or extra water) you ought firstly STRECTHING. continually stretch in the previous you excersize...Do leg strecthes, look some up on google 30 leaping Jacks(to initiate off, widely used upload 5) to initiate. Get your heartbeat pumping...Do 40 crunches curl ups, in spite of you call them. Only once when I had a really bad stomache virus during thanksgiving. Boy did that suck - throwing up on the best eating day of the year. =p

nope! it's really hard not to gain weight during the holidays because the food that is on the dinner table r very delicious.. it's hard not to say no to those food.. very yummy! all we need is discipline for us not to gain weight!
