Is it possible to loose weight while playing with the Nintendo Wii?

hecks yes. like the new Wario smooth moves, you have to hula hoop and all that. its tiring. also, the tennis game on wii, wow that makes ur arms tired. PS3 and 360's make u fat cuz u just sit and mash buttons. wii, u have to stand up and get into the game, literally!!

not really but it does help keep your circulation going unless you play an hour a day on it probadly lose a tiny amt of weight otherwise, just reduce calories talk a walk for a half hour play wii tennis for the next half hour be in pretty good shape

Probably, if you play enough. It's amazing how winded I got just from playing tennis on Wii Sports.

yes itcan, the PS3 will get you fat, and if you have a ps2, get dance dance revolution that will make you lose weight like crazy

not nesecarily weight, but arm muscle you will get for sure

no...it's the same as playing a Play station or whatever. all it'll do is make you gain weight because you're sitting on your fat butt all day playing it, getting no excersise, and you eat junk food to pass the time.......it's bad for you.
